Story

Sourced from a single vineyard in the Riverland Region, this fruit is hand picked and taken to the winery. 50% whole bunch during fermentation for 2 weeks, pressed and put to an older French oak barrel for 10 months. Transferred to bottle and left for 6 months prior to release on May the fourth. No fining, no filtration.

Tasting NOtes

This is a wine for the lovers of bright, crunchy wines that have a smack of fruit. There is this cool cranberry, spice and clove thing going on in the nose and then in the mouth, so juicy and bright. Easy drinking so it’s a trap for the young player. Flowers and dusty tannins dance across the mouth and the delicate notes of blackcurrants just hang about. This is a summer berry delight that would be great with a bit of chill on it. A total all-rounder of a wine.
