Sourced from a single vineyard in the Riverland Region, this fruit is hand picked and taken to the winery. 50% whole bunch during fermentation for 2 weeks, pressed and put to an older French oak barrel for 10 months. Transferred to bottle and left for 6 months prior to release on May the fourth. No fining, no filtration.

Ripe Plum is attacked with juicy raspberries in this wine. Crazy flavours that lift your aromatically while then punching your mouth with succulent tannins and juicy acid. Sound aggressive but that’s just it, it’s not, it’s more like a sleeping lumberjack that you want to wake up and share this wine with. The wine keeps giving with its more’ish acid and a slight overtone of dark chocolate. Crackers.
