This was our new find for the 2023 vintage. Sourced from the Peppercorn Vineyard in Clare Valley (Ngadjuri Land). Albarino is a beautiful variety that originally comes from the Northern area of Spain. From 4 rows we managed to make this absolutely beautiful wine. Respect to the fruit with minimal winemaking. Crushed, pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank to retain the freshness and vibrancy of the wine. Once you open this bottle, it will be very hard to put it down.
